The A$10,000 budget needs a decision
A$10,000 for 15 people, 10 nights and flights from Brisbane is not realistic. Even the lean Albania land plan is modelled above the total budget once suitable large-group accommodation, food, transport and contingency are included. A practical next step is to set a separate flights budget, or reduce the party cost by sharing accommodation very tightly and removing private day trips. Do not sacrifice legal vehicle capacity or child restraints to meet the number.
